Yes, there were no issues with the order process at all. My review on the doll itself… From head to toe, she’s amazingly beautiful. The wig that was shipped with her wasn’t exactly as the photos so I shopped around and found a really good resemblance both in color and density. I haven’t run into any issues since receiving her. Overall for the vendor…while there were some hiccups, but in the end this vendor is reliable and the seller will see to whatever the customer needs.
